What are the shipping costs?
Netherlands: Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €4.95.
Free shipping from €55,-.
Belgium: Shipping costs for orders within Belgium are €5.95.
Free shipping from €55.
Germany: Shipping costs for orders within Germany are €6.95.
Temporary promotions where no shipping costs are charged apply only to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What is the delivery time?
Your Zusss package will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
* Note 1: Unfortunately we can not guarantee our postal batches. You will always receive an email, with a track & trace code, as soon as your package leaves Zusss. With this you can always see the current delivery status.
* Note 2: During holidays, promotions and launches, DHL, PostNL and Zusss are busier than usual. Despite the rush we do everything possible to process and send your package as soon as possible. Please note that the package may arrive later than you are used to.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Not at home during delivery? Then the package can be delivered to your neighbors, offered again the next day or taken to a pickup point. Check the Track & Trace code to see what applies.
In many cases you can choose another delivery option if the standard delivery time is not convenient. Via the Track & Trace you can check whether this option is available. For example, you can choose delivery to a safe place around the house or on another day.
Can I have an order delivered on a date of my choosing?
At Zusss it is currently not possible to have an order delivered on a date of your choice.
What can I do if I accidentally entered a wrong address?
Has your order not been shipped yet? Then we can change the address. In that case, please contact our customer service by phone or email as soon as possible.
What countries can I have an order delivered to?
We deliver orders to the following countries:
- Netherlands
- Belgium
- Germany
Can I order by phone or email?
No, unfortunately that is not possible, you can only order in our webshop. Our system is simple and user-friendly, but if you still have questions about how to order online, please contact our customer service.
I accidentally ordered the wrong product, can I still change/cancel it?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately transferred to our external warehouse. This prevents an order from being changed, or cancelled.
Can orders also be merged?
After placing multiple orders, they cannot be merged.
I can no longer find a product online, is it sold out?
If the item can no longer be found online at zusss.nl, the item is indeed sold out. It is possible that a sold-out size will become available again. Leave your email address for the sold-out size and we will send you an email as soon as it is back in stock.
Can you pre-order on zusss.nl?
No, this is unfortunately not possible.
Why did I not receive an order confirmation by mail?
It may happen that email confirmations end up in the spam/unwanted inbox. If you did not receive the email after placing the order and payment was completed, please contact our customer service team.
Where can I find my invoice?
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation, there you will find a listing of your ordered items. You will not receive a separate invoice. If you would like one, please contact our customer service.
Returning
How can I return my order?
- Follow the steps on the return form
- You go to our Returnista portal and enter your order number and email address where you placed the order.
- You choose which items you want to return and with which shipping party.
- Through an IDEAL link, you pay for your return.
- Return the return to your chosen shipping party. Make sure all old shipping labels/shipping stickers are removed from the package.
- Please keep the return receipt until we have processed your return. We need the return slip to initiate an investigation if your package goes missing.
What is the return period?
Not completely satisfied and want to return an item? No problem! Within 30 days after receipt of the order you can return the items without any problems (except gift certificates).
Are the return costs at your own expense?
The cost of returning your return is at your own expense. If you go with Returnista, you will be the cheapest. Returns can be made with Returnista or by your own chosen shipping party.
What can I do if I have received a broken item?
Did you receive a damaged or broken item? Please email your order number and a photo of the damaged item to info@zusss.nl. We'll be happy to help you out!
What can I do if I received the wrong item?
Did you receive a different item than ordered? Please send an e-mail with your order number and a picture of the delivered item to info@zusss.nl. We will be happy to resolve it for you!
My order was not delivered complete, now what?
Are any items missing from your order? Please send an e-mail with your order number and a description of the missing products to info@zusss.nl. We will gladly solve it for you!
Did you receive a damaged item? Mail the order number of your order and a picture of the damage to info@zusss.nl. We are happy to help you!
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
It is not possible to exchange your item for another size. We advise you to return your order and place a new order for the other size.
Within what time frame will my return be processed?
You will receive an email from us as soon as we have processed your return. This will usually be within 10 working days of receipt. If you have opted for Returnista, you will receive an interim email when we have received your return. If applicable, the return amount will be transferred to your bank account or processed through Riverty within approximately 5 business days.
Can I return multiple orders in one bag/box?
If the completed return forms of all associated orders are present in the return shipment, there is no problem returning everything in one package. You only need to register one order with Returnista as a return.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, you may also return sale items within 30 days of receipt.
What happens to my gift card balance when I return my item?
Are you returning an item purchased with a Zusss gift card? Then your gift certificate balance will be updated automatically.
Can I also drop off my return shipment at a point of sale or at your headquarters in Ridderkerk?
No, this is not possible. Because we work with an external warehouse, returns cannot be dropped off at a point of sale or our main office.
Gift certificate and discount codes
What is the difference between a gift certificate and a discount code?
Both a gift certificate and a discount code are both redeemable in the shopping cart. Above the 'checkout' button you can choose 'enter discount code'.
Do you return a product purchased with a Zusss gift certificate? Then your gift certificate balance is automatically updated.
What are the terms and conditions of the Zusss gift certificate?
- Can only be spent in our webshop www.zusss.nl.
- Valid up to 2 years after issue.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Are you returning an item paid for (in part) with a gift certificate? Then the amount will be refunded to your gift certificate code.
Can I also redeem my Zusss gift certificate at a point of sale?
No, the Zusss gift certificate can only be spent at www.zusss.nl and cannot be redeemed at outlets. Do you have a favorite Zusss outlet nearby? Often our outlets also offer their own gift certificate.
What are the terms and conditions of the Zusss discount codes?
- All discount codes are valid through the stated expiration date.
- Discount codes are one-time use only.
- You cannot redeem discount codes for cash or have them credited to your balance.
- For multiple items, the discount is prorated across the products.
- Do you cancel or return an item? Then the discount on that item expires.
- Are you returning everything? Then you will forfeit the entire discount.
- If mentioned in the promotion terms, only one discount code can be used.

How can I wash my Zusss (clothing) item?
For all washing instructions, please visit our Materials and care page. Here you will learn about the properties of each material and how to wash and care for your product. Together we will make sure you can enjoy your garment longer.
Are your bags made of PU?
Yes, our bags are made of PolyUrethane (PU) and are produced without animal suffering. PU cannot necessarily be called sustainable, as the production process does not contain biodegradable substances. Although there are innovative, more environmentally friendly alternatives today such as corn leather or cork, this is not for every brand to employ in view of user guarantee for customers. PU can be distinguished from genuine leather by looking at the price. The production of genuine leather is a lot more costly. PU is also waterproof, soft and lighter in weight. You easily get a damp cloth over it to clean it. For Zusss, the use of PU is currently the most animal-friendly form of producing our bags. Of course, we are constantly looking at the possibilities within our reach to continuously improve production processes and make them more sustainable. What can I do about static clothing?
Due to dryness and friction, there may be an electrical charge on clothing. You may notice this when trying on clothes. When touching the clothing, for example, you may feel a jolt or crackle. In winter, you may feel this more than in summer. For example, you may suffer from static hair in the winter. This is because the surrounding air is drier. In addition to dryness, there are some fabrics that charge electrically faster. These include polyamide, acrylic and wool.
Do you suffer from static clothing? We would like to give you some easy and useful tips to get rid of static clothing.
- Metal clothes hanger: Just before you put on your favorite new garment, pass a clothes hanger made of iron wire through the inside of the item, eliminating static electricity.
- Washing: During washing, add a small amount of vinegar. Fabric softener also helps against static clothes.
- Freezer: Have half an hour to spare? Then put the item in the freezer.
- Bodylotion: Bodylotion prevents clothing from sticking to your skin. Apply enough body lotion to the skin.
