What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands: Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €4.95.
Free shipping on orders over €55.

Belgium: Shipping costs for orders within Belgium are €5.95.
Free shipping on orders over €55.

Germany: Shipping costs for orders within Germany are €8.95.

Temporary promotions offering free shipping apply exclusively to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.

What is the delivery time?

Please note: due to high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual at present!

Your Zusss package will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

* Please note: unfortunately, we cannot provide any guarantees regarding our postal deliveries. You will always receive an email with a track & trace code as soon as your package leaves Zusss. This allows you to check the current delivery status at any time.

* Please note 2: during holidays, promotions, and launches, DHL, PostNL, and Zusss are busier than usual. Despite the rush, we do everything we can to process and ship your package as quickly as possible. Please note that your package may arrive later than you are used to receiving from us. 

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

If you are not at home during delivery, the package can be delivered to your neighbors, redelivered the next day, or taken to a pickup point. Check the Track & Trace code to see which option applies.

In many cases, you can choose a different delivery option if the standard delivery time is not convenient. You can check whether this option is available via Track & Trace. For example, you can choose delivery to a safe place around your home or on another day.

Can I have an order delivered on a date of my choice?

At Zusss, it is currently not possible to have an order delivered on a date of your choice.

What can I do if I accidentally entered the wrong address?

Has your order not been shipped yet? Then we can change the address. In that case, please contact our customer service department by phone or email as soon as possible.

To which countries can I have an order delivered?

We deliver orders to the following countries:

  • Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Germany
Can I order by phone or email?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. You can only order from our webshop. Our system is simple and user-friendly, but if you have any questions about how to order online, please contact our customer service department.

I accidentally ordered the wrong product. Can I still change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately forwarded to our external warehouse. This means that orders can no longer be changed or canceled.

Can orders also be combined?

After placing multiple orders, they cannot be combined.

I can no longer find a product online. Does that mean it is sold out?

If the item is no longer available online at ZUSSS.com, it is indeed sold out. It is possible that a sold-out size may become available again. Leave your email address with the sold-out size and we will send you an email as soon as it is back in stock.

Can you pre-order on ZUSSS.com?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation by email?

Email confirmations may end up in your spam/junk mail folder. If you have not received the email after placing your order and the payment has been completed, please contact our customer service department.

Where can I find my invoice?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation listing the items you have ordered. You will not receive a separate invoice. If you would like one, please contact our customer service department.

Returns

How can I return my order?
  1. Follow the steps on the return form.
  2. Go to our Returnista portal and enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order. 
  3. You choose which items you want to return
  4. You can pay for your return shipment via an IDEAL link. 
  5. Return the package to a DHL parcel point. Please ensure that all old shipping labels/stickers have been removed from the packaging.
  6. Keep the return receipt in a safe place until we have processed your return shipment. We need the return receipt to start an investigation if your package goes missing.
What is the return period?

Not completely satisfied and want to return an item? No problem! Within 30 days after receipt of the order you can return the items without any problems (except giftcards).

Are the return shipping costs at my expense?

Yes, you are responsible for the costs of returning your items. Returns can be made using Returnista, which is easy and affordable. Click here to go to the Returnista portal.

What can I do if I have received a damaged item?

Did you receive a damaged or broken item? Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged item toZUSSS.com. We are happy to help you!

What can I do if I have received the wrong item?

Did you receive an item other than the one you ordered? Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the delivered item toZUSSS.com. We will be happy to resolve the issue for you!

My order has not been delivered in full. What should I do?

Are there items missing from your order? Send an email with your order number and a description of the missing products toZUSSS.com. We will be happy to resolve the issue for you!

Have you received a damaged item? Email the order number of your order and a photo of the damage toZUSSS.com. We will be happy to help you!

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

It is not possible to exchange your item for a different size. We recommend that you return your order and place a new order for the different size.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

You will receive an email from us as soon as we have processed your return shipment. This will usually be within 15 working days of receipt. If you have chosen Returnista, you will receive an email when your return has been received by us. If applicable, the return amount will be transferred to your bank account or processed via Riverty within approximately 5 working days.

Can I return multiple orders in one bag/box?

If the completed return forms for all associated orders are included in the return shipment, it is no problem to send everything back in one package. You only need to register one order with Returnista as a return.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, you can also return sale items within 30 days of receipt.

What happens to the balance on my gift card when I return my item?

Are you returning an item purchased with a Zusss gift card? Then your giftcard balance will be updated automatically.

Can I also drop off my return shipment at a point of sale or at your head office in Ridderkerk?

No, that is not possible. Because we work with an external warehouse, returns cannot be dropped off at a point of sale or our head office.

What is the difference between a giftcard and a discount code?

Both a giftcard and a discount code are both redeemable in the shopping cart. Above the 'checkout' button you can choose 'enter discount code'.

Do you return a product purchased with a Zusss giftcard? Then your giftcard balance is automatically updated.

What are the terms and conditions of the Zusss giftcard?

- Can only be spent in our webshopZUSSS.com
- Valid up to 2 years after issue.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Are you returning an item paid for (in part) with a giftcard? Then the amount will be refunded to your giftcard code.

Can I also redeem my Zusss giftcard at a point of sale?

No, the Zusss giftcard can only be spent atZUSSS.com and cannot be redeemed at outlets. Do you have a favorite Zusss outlet nearby? Often our outlets also offer their own giftcard.

What are the terms and conditions of the Zusss discount codes?

• All discount codes are valid until the stated end date.
• Discount codes can only be used once.
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or added to your balance.
• If you purchase multiple items, the discount will be divided proportionally across the products.
• If you cancel or return an item, the discount on that item will be forfeited.
• Are you returning everything? Then the entire discount will be canceled.
• If stated in the promotional terms and conditions, only one discount code can be used.

Materials & care

How can I wash my Zusss (clothing) item?

For all washing instructions, please visit our Materials and Care page. Here you can learn about the properties of each material and how to wash and care for your product. Together, we can ensure that you can enjoy your garment for longer.

Are your bags made of PU?

Yes, our bags are made from polyurethane (PU) and are produced without animal cruelty. PU cannot necessarily be considered sustainable, as the production process involves non-biodegradable substances. Although there are now innovative, more environmentally friendly alternatives such as corn leather or cork, not every brand can use these with a view to guaranteeing customer satisfaction. PU can be distinguished from real leather by looking at the price. The production of real leather is a lot more expensive. PU is also water-resistant, soft, and lighter in weight. You can easily wipe it clean with a damp cloth. For Zusss, the use of PU is currently the most animal-friendly way to produce our bags. Of course, we are constantly looking at the possibilities within our reach to continuously improve and make our production processes more sustainable. What can I do about static clothing?

Drought and friction can cause clothing to become electrically charged. You may notice this when trying on clothes. When you touch the clothing, you may feel a small shock or crackling sensation. This can be more of a problem in winter than in summer. For example, you may experience static hair in winter. This is because the air in the environment is drier. In addition to dryness, there are also a number of fabrics that charge more quickly. These include polyamide, acrylic, and wool.

Do you suffer from static clothing? We are happy to give you a few easy and handy tips to get rid of static clothing.

  • Metal clothes hanger: Just before putting on your favorite new garment, run a wire clothes hanger through the inside of the item to remove static electricity.
  • Washing: Add a little vinegar during the wash cycle. Fabric softener also helps prevent static cling.
  • Freezer: Do you have half an hour to spare? Then place the item in the freezer.
  • Body lotion: Body lotion prevents clothing from sticking to your skin. Apply a generous amount of body lotion to your skin.

We regularly distribute printed material to share our new collection, campaigns, or additional ambiance with you. Occasionally, errors may occur. All information, prices, and texts are therefore subject to printing and/or typesetting errors.
