Article 1 - Participation in the promotion
1.1 Participation in a Zusss promotion is free of charge.
1.2 Only one entry per person per promotion is permitted.
1.3 Participation in the promotion is only possible during the promotion period stated in the promotion.
1.4 Entries outside the promotion period will not be included in the draw.
1.5 Participation in the promotion is only possible via the relevant channel. Participants' details will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with privacy legislation. You can find this here
1.6 Zusss is authorized to change the promotion terms and conditions at any time during the promotion period.
1.7 Employees of Zusss are excluded from participating in promotions.
Article 2 - The winner
2.1 The winner of a promotion will be chosen at random and impartially.
2.2 No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
2.3 The winner will be contacted after the promotion has ended via the social media channel on which the promotion took place.
2.4 If the winner does not respond to the announcement within a week, a new winner will be selected.
2.5 In the event of (suspected) fraud, unlawful influence on the promotion, or other unacceptable behavior, Zusss reserves the right to exclude this participant from the promotion.
2.6 It is not possible to exchange the prize for another product or cash.
2.7 The winner cannot appoint anyone else to receive the prize or use the prize on their behalf.
2.8 Participants who have not won will not be notified personally.
Article 3 - Publicity
1.1 By participating in the promotion, the winner agrees that his/her name/username may be publicly communicated when announced on Zusss' social media channels.
Article 4 - Personal data
4.1 Participants' personal data (with the exception of Article 3.1) will not be disclosed or provided to external parties without consultation.
4.2 Participants' personal data will not be used to subscribe them to the Zusss newsletter, unless permission for this has been given in the promotion.
4.3 All promotions are governed by Dutch law.
