Article 1 - Participation action
1.1 Participating in an action of Zusss does not entail any costs.
1.2 One participation per person, per action will be allowed.
1.3 Participating in the action can only be done during the action period mentioned with the action.
1.4 Entries outside the action period will not be included in the draw.
1.5 Participating in the action can only be done through the relevant channel. Participants' data will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with privacy legislation. You can find this here
1.6 Zusss has the right to change the terms and conditions during the entire action period.
1.7 Employees of Zusss are excluded from participating in actions.
Article 2 - The winner
2.1 The winner of an action will be chosen randomly and impartially.
2.2 No correspondence can be entered into about the results.
2.3 The winner will be contacted after the end of the action via the social media channel on which the action took place.
2.4 If the winner does not respond to the announcement within one week, a new winner will be chosen.
2.5 In the event of (suspected) fraud, undue influence on the action or other inadmissible behavior, Zusss reserves the right to exclude this participant from the action.
2.6 It is not possible to exchange the prize for another product or cash.
2.7 The winner may not substitute anyone else to receive the prize or make use of the prize.
2.8 Participants who have not won will not be notified personally.
Article 3 - Publicity
1.1 The winner agrees by participating in the promotion that his/her name/username may be openly communicated when announced on Zusss' social media channels.
Article 4 - Personal data
4.1 Participants' personal data (with the exception of article 3.1) will not be released or provided to external parties without consultation.
4.2 Participants' personal data will not be used to subscribe to the Zusss newsletter, unless permission is given in the action.
4.3 Dutch law applies to all actions.
