Valentine heart pancakes with Nutella

In collaboration with Hemelssbakken, surprise your Valentine with these delicious heart pancakes! They are so sweet! Make the pancakes as a nice breakfast for your sweetheart or as a dessert after a romantic dinner. This recipe is for one large serving to enjoy together.

What you need

125g flour
20g sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg
0.5tl baking powder
150ml milk
Butter
1tl vanilla extract
The Zusss heart shapes
Nutella to taste
Fresh fruit and sprinkles as desired

Step 1

Combine the ingredients together in a batter bowl until a smooth batter forms. Start with a little butter in the pan and fry the pancakes in a round form. Do this for about 1 minute per side.

Step 2

Let the pancakes cool for a while. Then cut out a heart with the Zusss cut-out shapes.

Step 3

Serve the pancakes with fresh fruit, sprinkles and Nutella to taste. Use the Zusss skewers (with a heart on top, for your sweetheart) to keep the pancakes stack stable. Do not forget the Zusss tableware to serve your creation! ;)
