Tiramisu with praline country eggs

This recipe is guaranteed to give you lots of pleasure! Because with this cheerful recipe, you can make a surprisingly delicious tiramisu. Psstt... are you expecting guests soon? Surprise them with this delicious dessert!

Ingredients and equipment:

4 glasses
250 ml unwhipped cream
250 g mascarpone
1/2 packet ladyfingers
75 ml egg liqueur
8 g vanilla sugar
125 ml strong coffee
8 praline eggs

STEP 1.

Take four nice glasses to assemble your tiramisu. Then pour the coffee into a mug and leave to cool for a moment. Chop the praline eggs into small pieces. Next, whip the cream with the bag of vanilla sugar and 50 ml of egg liqueur until stiff. Then fold in the mascarpone thoroughly.

 

STEP 2.

Has the coffee cooled down sufficiently? Pour it into a deep bowl. Spoon two tablespoons of the mascarpone mixture into each glass. Use half a packet of ladyfingers and break each one in half. Dip each half of a ladyfinger into the coffee for a few seconds and place a few on top of the creamy base in each glass.

STEP 3.

Next, spoon a few tablespoons of the mixed mascarpone onto the ladyfingers. Sprinkle a little of the chopped praline eggs on top of this mixture. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and finish with another layer of mixed mascarpone.

 

STEP 4.

Decorate the top with a few drops of the remaining egg liqueur and the rest of the chopped praline eggs. Hmm... enjoy!

Variation tip 1:Want to enjoy this dessert without alcohol? Replace the egg liqueur with a delicious caramel, chocolate, or strawberry dessert sauce. And decorate with extra praline eggs!

Variation tip 2:Be creative and replace the ladyfingers in this recipe with cinnamon cookies or Bolletje's crispy egg cookies.
