Tiramisu with praline land eggs

This recipe is guaranteed to give you lots of fun! Because with this cheerful recipe you will make a surprisingly delicious tiramisu. Psstt... are you having guests over soon? Surprise them with this delicious dessert!

Ingredients and supplies:

4 glasses
250 ml whipped cream
250 gr mascarpone
1/2 pack long fingers
75 ml eggnog
8 gr vanilla sugar
125 ml strong coffee
8 praline country eggs

STEP 1.

Grab four nice glasses to build up your tiramisu in. Then brew the coffee in a mug and let stand for a moment to cool. Cut the praline land eggs into small pieces. Next, whip the cream with the sachet of vanilla sugar and 50 ml of eggnog until stiff. Then fold in the mascarpone.

 

STEP 2.

Is the coffee well cooled? Then pour it into a deep dish. Spoon into each glass two tablespoons of the mascarpone mix. Using half a pack of long fingers, break each long finger in half. Dip each half long finger into the coffee for a few moments and place a few on the creamy bottom in each glass.

STEP 3.

Next, spoon a few tablespoons of the mixed mascarpone onto the long fingers. On top of this mix sprinkle a little of the shredded praline land eggs. Repeat another layer of long fingers and finish with another layer of mixed mascarpone.

 

STEP 4.

Decorate the top with a few drops of the remaining eggnog and the rest of the shredded praline land eggs. Hmm... enjoy!

Variation tip 1: Would you also like to enjoy this dessert, but without alcohol? Then replace the eggnog with a tasty dessert sauce of caramel, chocolate or strawberry. And decorate with extra lots of praline land eggs!

Variation tip 2: Go crazy and replace the long fingers with cinnamon cookies or brittle egg cake from Bolletje in this recipe.
