Poké bowl

The poke bowl can be described as a happy mix between sushi and a salad. Incredibly healthy and full of flavor. Curious about how to make such a trendy poke bowl? We would like to help you on your way.
Quantity: 1 poké bowl
Preparation time: 10 min.
Ingredients and supplies:
100 gr white rice
75 to 100 gr tuna
1/2 ripe avocado
2 stalks of spring onion
handful of sesame seeds
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 lemon
pepper and salt

STEP 1.
Bring a pan with a generous amount of water and some salt and to a boil. Add the rice to the water and cook without a lid for 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Then turn off the heat and wait a while for the water to calm down. Then drain the rice and leave the pan with lid for another three minutes.
STEP 2.
Now grab the tuna. Rinse it cold and pat it dry well with a piece of kitchen roll. Time to start slicing! Chop the fish, avocado and spring onion and place them in bowls. Don't forget the sesame seeds and soy sauce, either. Now you can also put the rice in a bowl. If necessary, pour some lemon juice over the fish to add extra flavor.
STEP 3.
At the table! If only that were easy. Add the desired amount of all ingredients and ladle into the bowl. Give the fish a very short time to absorb the flavors and add some more salt and pepper. That's going to be enjoyable. Enjoy your meal!
