2 cans croissant dough
300 gr raw ham
100 gr pistachios
100 gr feta cheese
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
pinch of curry powder

STEP 1.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roughly chop the raw ham and pistachios and be sure to crush the garlic clove. Crumble the feta as well. Now add the ham, garlic, feta, curry and half of the pistachios to the bowl. Mix the ingredients well.

STEP 2.

Now you can prepare the croissant dough. Take a baking sheet and line it with baking paper. In the center of the baking sheet put a bowl with a diameter of about 12cm. Cut the dough into the triangles place the short side of each triangle slightly overlapping against the bowl in the center. When all the slices are down, you can remove the bowl and you will be left with star-shaped dough with a round hole in the middle.

STEP 3.

Then you can spread the filling over the dough, keeping the edges and points of the dough free. Once you have divided all the filling, slap the points over the filling toward the center and press them firmly onto the short sides of the dough triangles. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with the other half of the coarsely chopped pistachios. After 18 minutes in the oven, your crumbly Christmas wreath is ready to serve!
