Ingredients and equipment:
2 cans of croissant dough
300 g raw ham
100 g pistachios
100 g feta cheese
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
Pinch of curry powder

STEP 1.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the raw ham and pistachios into large pieces and finely chop the garlic clove. Crumble the feta cheese. Add the ham, garlic, feta cheese, curry powder, and half of the pistachios to the bowl. Mix the ingredients well.
STEP 2.
Now you can prepare the croissant dough. Take a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Place a bowl with a diameter of approx. 12 cm in the middle of the baking paper. Cut the dough into triangles and place the short side of each triangle slightly overlapping against the bowl in the middle. Once all the slices are in place, you can remove the bowl and you will be left with star-shaped dough with a round hole in the middle.
STEP 3.
Next, spread the filling over the dough, leaving the edges and corners free. Once you have spread all the filling, fold the corners over the filling towards the center and press them down on the short sides of the dough triangles. Brush the top with a beaten egg and sprinkle with the other half of the coarsely chopped pistachios. After 18 minutes in the oven, your crumbly Christmas wreath is ready to serve!
Zusss: basic, cool, unique, and a little bit cheeky.
