Quantity: 4 presents
Preparation time: 45 min.
Ingredients and supplies:
8 slices of filo pastry
250 gr pumpkin
80 gr feta cheese
3 tsp natural hummus
60 gr cashew nuts
50 gr chickpeas
1 tsp ground cumin seeds
1 tsp dried rosemary
40 gr raisins
½ tsp agave syrup
ground pepper and salt
olive oil
baking sheet
thin rope

STEP 1.
Fill a baking dish with diced pumpkin pieces, and spoon 1 tsp. rosemary and 2 tsp. olive oil through the pumpkin pieces. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for ±20 minutes. Now on with the rest of the filling!
STEP 2.
Mix chopped cashews, the chickpeas, raisins, ground cumin seeds, feta, hummus, agave syrup and a pinch of salt and pepper. After the pumpkin pieces are done, you can add this to the rest of the filling. Now you can get started wrapping the presents.
STEP 3.
For a firm bite, place two slices of filo pastry on top of each other. Make sure you have greased both slices with a little oil. In the center of the slices place three tablespoons of your pumpkin filling. Keep 1½ cm from the edge. On both ends keep 3 cm free, you can use this later to form the bows.
STEP 4.
Now you can roll the presents closed and tie a bow around the ends. Don't pull the bows too hard, so that the dough has some room to expand. Coat each tightly rolled pumpkin gift once more with a little oil. Now they are ready to be golden brown in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. The oven is still preheated at 175 degrees. Just wait and... Enjoy!
