Festive chocolate trifle

A Christmas recipe to round off a festive menu. This dessert is truly finger-licking good. And it's healthy too!

Ingredients and equipment:

For the chocolate mix:
4 ripe avocados
200 ml honey
10 tablespoons sweetener
120 g chocolate-flavored protein powder
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
100 g cocoa powder
Pinch of salt

For the other layers:
400ml Greek yogurt
4 handfuls of granola
Number of cubes of dark chocolate 85%
2 tbsp coconut flakes

Other:
Blender or hand blender
4 attractive glasses

STEP 1.

Let's get started with this delicious dessert. Mix the ingredients for the chocolate mix in a blender or with a hand blender. If the mix isn't sweet enough, you can add some honey to taste. Mmm... that tastes like more. Divide the chocolate mix between four glasses. 

STEP 2.

Now it's time for the fresh layer. Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt on top of the chocolate mix in each glass. Take a handful of granola and sprinkle it over the yogurt. Do this just before serving the dessert, otherwise the granola will become too soft and sink into the other layers.

STEP 3.

Decorate the dessert with finely chopped dark chocolate and coconut flakes. That's festive enjoyment!
