See yonder comes the steamboat... Getting creative with wrapping your Saint Nicholas presents? We give this old-fashioned DIY a new look by attaching it to your package. This way you give your sint gift a creative twist. Follow the steps below to fold your boat.

Supplies:

kraft paper or other cheerful wrapping paper
string
scissors
wrapped present

STEP 1.

Gather your supplies and place them ready on your table or work surface. Start by wrapping your present the classic way, paper around and done. Then cut a piece of kraft paper or other cheerful wrapping paper the size of an A4, may also be square. 

STEP 2.

Now the folding begins. Watch the video below to review the steps for each fold. When folding, make sure to line up the seams and press the folds tightly with your thumb or nail.

STEP 3.

Was the folding successful? Then take your wrapped present back to it and wrap the rope around it a few times. Secure your rope and tuck the boat behind it. Have fun surprising!
