With this do it yourself you will bring the outdoors, inside! So you can continue to enjoy all the beauty. From your couch with the candles on. Follow the steps below and make your own flower garland.
Start by gathering your supplies. Look for the most beautiful dried flowers at a garden center or dry flowers from the garden yourself. Dry flowers like Setaria, Broom Bloom and Scabiosa do well in a flower garland.
Cut the stems to a length of up to 25cm. For a playful effect, put flowers of different lengths together in a bunch.
The flower garland consists of one string. Cut the string liberally. Feel free to make this one meter longer than you want the garland to end up being. Wide cutting is necessary because you are using extra length of rope to wrap around the bunches of flowers. Make bunches of different dried flowers and wrap the twine around the stems with a double knot.
Between each bunch you may leave 15cm each time. Keep repeating this until you have a garland of the desired length. Then the garland is finished and ready to hang!
