12.5 years of Zusss

THE VERY FIRST ZUSSS ITEMS

Believe it or not, but sisters Femke and Sietske have their roots not in the entrepreneurial world, but in healthcare. Growing out of a hobby, Zusss once started with making mailbags into cushions. The sisters sold these cushions at the request of friends, family and acquaintances. Until a nice store in the region got wind of it. The first Zusss outlet was born!

The pillows made from mailbags sold like hotcakes, and the collection expanded. Cushions with stamps and stamps, tablecloths and kitchen aprons then rolled out of the sewing machine from our own hands. Meanwhile you will find in our home collection many more items to style your favorite place.

VOICEWORK

Every Zusss item gets a real Zusss look and feel from day one. In the first years of Zusss labels and ribbon were stamped with their own Zusss stamps. A stamp as a logo and a stamp for recognizing original Zusss items with a heart. These ribbons and labels were then attached to the items, and gradually the Zusss logo developed into its current form.

ZUSSS WITH INVERTED S

Do you remember Zusss from our logo with the inverted S? Not only our assortment has gone through a major development, also in our logo you can see many changes. These changes ensured that Zusss got its own identity, just by using our logo. So you recognize Zusss now by the cardboard tags on the Zusss clothing and leather labels on the articles. Over time we have also implemented these developments in our magazines, leaflets and flyers. Did you know that ... when a new colleague starts we often take old printed matter to take them through the developments that Zusss has made? Also a nice way to make time really tangible by being able to leaf through it.

OUR ZUSSS TEAM

With Sietske and Femke still at the helm of Zusss, the Zusss DNA - as we call it - is carefully guarded. Since the start of Zusss, we have already moved twice to larger premises to give all team members their own workplace and Zusss is now a large team of toppers.
