12.5 years of Zusss

THE VERY FIRST SISTERS ITEMS

Believe it or not, sisters Femke and Sietske don't have their roots in the business world, but in healthcare. Growing out of a hobby, Zusss started out by turning mailbags into cushions. The sisters sold these cushions to friends, family, and acquaintances on request. Until a nice shop in the region got wind of it. The first Zusss sales point was born!

The cushions made from mailbags flew off the shelves, and the collection was expanded. Cushions with stamps and postmarks, tablecloths, and aprons were then also produced in-house on the sewing machine. You can now find them in our home collection has many more items to help you style your favorite spot.

STAMPING

Every Zusss item has a genuine Zusss look and feel from day one. In the early years of Zusss, labels and ribbons were stamped with Zusss's own stamps. One stamp served as a logo and another stamped a heart on original Zusss items to identify them as such. These ribbons and labels were then attached to the items, and gradually the Zusss logo evolved into its current form.

SISTER WITH REVERSED S

Do you remember Zusss from our logo with the inverted S? Not only has our product range undergone significant development, but our logo has also changed considerably. These changes have given Zusss a completely unique identity, recognizable simply by the use of our logo. You can now recognize Zusss by the cardboard tags on the Zusss clothing and leather labels on the items. Over time, we have also implemented these developments in our magazines, brochures, and flyers.Did you know thatwhen a new colleague starts,we often take out old printed material to show them the developments that Zusss has undergone? It's also a nice way to make time tangible by being able to leaf through it.

OUR ZUSSS TEAM

With Sietske and Femke still at the helm of Zusss, the Zusss DNA—as we call it—is carefully guarded. Since Zusss was founded, we have already moved twice to larger premises to give all team members their own workspace, and Zusss has now grown into a large team of top professionals.
